The Cookie Diet

The original Cookie Diet was created by Dr. Sanford Siegal over thirty years ago. This diet is a new, great tasting way to curb your hunger using yummy cookies and shakes. This diet was created due to the large number of people who reported that they had to break their diet because the amount of food they were allowed to eat still left them feeling hungry. In order to help people like that, Dr Siegal created a special Cookie Diet so that dieters would not be hungry and would have better success sticking to their diets.
